I really don’t feel like writing a proper review for this, but if you haven’t yet seen it, don’t bother until it’s out on DVD.

The situation is exacerbated by viewing the original trilogy beforehand. Raiders and Crusade really put it to shame.

So a three-day weekend is beginning, and tonight I will go see the new Indiana Jones movie.

There is an issue that has been making the rounds since February, and the time has come for me to be blunt about it. The “Dream Ticket” of Obama-Clinton is a really, really shitty idea. When Obama wins the nomination, if he ends up choosing her, I will likely not vote for them. I won’t vote for McCain, either.

The good news is that it is an Extremely unlikely scenario.

And it is Friday. And sunny.

The problem with my current obsession with looking at and thinking about chess is that it is impossible to be looking at an annotated chess game at work and still have my screen look as though I am looking at anything remotely work-related. When my obsessions are simple text or article type things, my machine shows simply words on a screen, completely believable as potentially work-related. But a chess board? Never.
